1. Full Legal Name:               Landings at Miami Community Development District

2. Public Purpose:                To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure    

​3. Fiscal year:                        October 1 through September 30

4. The full text of the special district’s charter, the date of establishment, the establishing entity, and the statute or statutes under which the special district operates, if different from the statute or statutes under which the special district was established. Community development districts may reference Chapter 190 as the uniform charter but must include information relating to any grant of special powers.

Date of Establishment:

Established October 13, 2017, by Ordinance No. 17-70 granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190.012(1) and Section 190.012(2)(a) (d) and (f) and Section 190.012 (3) F.S. and Ordinance No. 19-66 expanding the District’s boundaries on July 23, 2019.

The District consists of approximately 74.84 acres located in the western portion of Miami Dade County in the State of Florida.More specifically, it is located in Sections 19 & 20 of Township 56 South, Range 39 East.The District is bounded on the north by SW 232nd Street, on the west by SW 112th Avenue, on the south by the Spicewood subdivision and on the east by the Homestead Extension of the Florida’s Turnpike

Water management system, public right-of-way improvements and public parks.
